Day 18: Giving Thanks
November 18: Today I am thankful for the abundance of blessings that God continuously bestows upon me and my family. Even the smallest in nature grows me and teaches me to become more like Christ. ♥
It has been quite a crazy busy week for us. SuperDad and I leave in the morning for a Family Life Weekend to Remember Marriage Getaway in San Antonio so we have been trying to get everything done and tied together with us and the kids. My parents will have all 5 children all weekend and I am about apprehensive about leaving them. I have never been away from the younger 3 for this long and this far {we are North of Dallas and it is a 5 hour drive to San Antonio}. Plus, I have never even spent one night away from Princess JR. :'( I know I can do it. I will be The Little Engine That Could this weekend, "I think I can. I think I can."
Anyways... along the way this past week I decided I needed to get more active on Twitter {you can follow me here}. I am so addicted and just love it! In fact, I participated in two Twitter parties this week and actually won something at both! I was so excited! My kids and hubby think I am crazy... but I am sure they will like the rewards!

And then... I had my daughter apply to host a Coca-Cola® American Music Awards Viewing Party from My Party... and she was one of the finalists! So, that party package arrived yesterday and she is excited about hosting the party!
And then today I found out I was chosen to host a EA SPORTS Active 2 Fitness Through Fun House Party™.
So... all in all it has been a pretty good week and I am praying that the weekend goes even better! Please pray for safe travel and an easy, fun weekend for my parents and kiddos! =)

oh wow thats awesome. I actually joined in my first Twitter party this week and got 4 free movie tickets from Redplum. The Twitter parties are a little confusing, but the tickets are such a blessing because next week is my daughters 4th birthday and now we can take her to see Tangled. Enjoy your blessings.
